How far in advance should I place my cake order?

We recommend placing your order at least 3-7 days in advance, especially for custom designs or large events. For weddings or very detailed cakes, booking even earlier is best to ensure availability.

What sizes of cakes are available?

We offer cakes in various sizes ranging from small 6-inch cakes suitable for intimate gatherings to large tiered cakes for weddings and big events.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of cakes and the custom work involved, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time for a refund or reschedule.

Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer delivery services within Sydney and the surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply for delivery outside our regular service area.

Can I pick up my cake or is it delivery only?
